Kid Rock will be part of the WWE Hall of Fame’s 2018 class, the pro-wrestling organization announced today.
Per The Detroit Free Press:
The Detroit rocker has a long WWE association: Hits such as “Cocky” and “All Summer Long” have served as pay-per-view theme music, while WWE star the Undertaker deployed “American Bad Ass” as an entrance song. Rock has also performed live at several WWE events, including Wrestlemania’s 25th anniversary and the 2012 edition of Tribute to the Troops.
Kid Rock will be inducted into the hall’s celebrity wing during the April 6 ceremony in New Orleans, alongside wrestling honorees Goldberg, the Dudley Boyz, Ivory, Jeff Jarrett and Hillbilly Jim.
Previous celebrity inductees include Snoop Dogg, Mr. T and Donald Trump.
